Oversaw a room renovation adding a bathroom & closet in the space, using her own contractor and subs. It turned out perfect, from furniture, drapes, paint colors, and  bed linens.
We also updated our master bedroom with beautiful wallpaper, carpet , furniture, bed linens, and light fixtures. 
We did all this long distance and she sent me all the choices, telling me her suggestions. A difficult process, but she made it work. Couldn’t be happier

Lin listened to our ideas and quickly came up with a plan for our fireplace wall.  It was very complex, even requiring a structural engineer.  She managed the project and brought in qualified subs.  After investigating a steel wall over the mantle we all agreed a new path had to be found.  I found the new product and Lin and her talented subs made it work.  It is a focal point of the living room.

I have been working with Lin for almost 3 years now, and have a good sense of her broad design abilities. I've had the pleasure of working with her since 1999 on several projects and have seen many of her projects in person. She is a true professional and keeps a down-to-earth open minded attitude during the entire process.

Lin has worked on 3 of my homes.   I have come to rely on her taste and selection.  She has brought many wonderful new ideas to me in materials, textures and styles.  In my old home, she redid my kitchen and we won a Crystal award!   She also convinced me to redo a very small bath into a 'jewel box' instead of doing a lot of expansion construction.  It was so pretty it 'sold' the new owners on buying the property.  Our current project is a penthouse condo in contemporary style.  As a bonus she is really fun to work with!

Lin has been fabulous.  She is very creative, inspirational, and always willing to listen and come up with options. I cannot say enough about her personally and her professionalism.  Easy to work with and a very caring person.  Can't wait for our outdoor living area to be completed!

What can I say about Lin - AWESOME!!  Besides just loving her fun personality, I loved how decisive she was (I, personally, needed someone like that), how professional, yet down-to-earth and a real people-person she is.  

I just used Lin for a color consult for our law firm, and amazingly enough (which made me happy knowing I was on the right track), she had initially picked out three of the colors that were already in my "idea book" so to speak.  We ended up going with 5 colors, and she talked me out of doing "accent walls" (what was I thinking?), and used these gorgeous colors to really make a statement -- and let me tell you, it's exactly what it has done!

I will most DEFINITELY use Lin Lee again for future projects.  She gets an A++ from me!

I couldn’t be more happy with the project, my house looks like it could be featured in a Kinfolk magazine.
