Landmark Penthouse

Great views from the windows frame this penthouse.  Tall ceilings are illuminated with 4" LED Directional can lighting.  Chandeliers give ambient light to these charming rooms.  As the space is not large, we designed seating that is comfortable, but minimal in size,  A play of White, grey, gold & silver keep the spaces light & bright.

Fantasy Master Bath

Everyone's fantasy bath complete with a free-standing tub, vanities made to look like furniture, large shower with 2 shower heads and a convenient seat.  LED directional can lights illuminate the space and sconces at the vanity mirrors.  Callacatta marble floors and shower are spectacular.  The white barn door frames the entry to a large walk-in closet,

Fire Place Wall

Enter the room down a curved staircase to view this dramatic Fire Place Wall.  A wall-to-wall mantle protects the TV from the heat generated by the Fire.  LED Lighting illuminates the wall with puck downlights, directional can lights and chandeliers.  LED rope lighting under the hearth makes the wall-to-wall hearth float.

View House

Soft blues welcome you into the public spaces and set a calming place to enjoy the view.  The inspiration for this design concept is the Vintage Aubusson rug in the Great Room.

Paradise in Palm Beach

An eclectic apartment at Banyan Cay in West Palm Beach.  Fabulous views from a large apartment allowed me to create a vibrant space for living and entertaining.

900 square feet of art as furniture.  We had a wonderful time selecting art that adorned the walls, but also became tables, lamps and chairs..  Of note is the custom Art Deco Screen that gives privacy to the sleeping space.  The dining table base that is a sculpture and the bedside lamps that are bronzes.

Today's Kitchen

We remodeled this kitchen to bring light & work surfaces into a small space.  We opened up the walls, added a 9'  x 4' wide peninsula with base and upper cabinets on 2 sides of the peninsula increasing the storage & workspace beyond all expectations.  The "kitchen table" is at bar height close to the kitchen sink so the boys can do their homework while Mom helps as she cooks a garden-to-table dinner.

Spa Bath

We visually opened up this Master Bath by adding a stand alone tub & changed the lighting with LED Directional can lighting, as well as LED Sconces at the vanity.  Peaceful Crema Marfil marble adds warmth to th space.

Contemporary Renovation

A unique home with large open spaces and great views made this renovation a delight to work on.  Custom rugs were designed to define the various spaces.  Custom furniture was designed to allow for informal gatherings in sun-lit spaces.

Best Party House

Best Party House is a start to describe the energy of this unique home.  Angles open up the spaces and interesting rooms are created.  It was great fun to update this splendid home.  A place kitchen is the heart of the public rooms.  The master bedroom walks out on to a wrap-around deck.  No room is boring.  All have a story to tell. 

The furniture defines the space and frames the magnificent view of the Front Range of the Rockies.

Mountain View

This outdoor space is a fantasy come true.  the pool has 2 fountains and 2 waterfalls for water fun.  The patio engages playful patio furniture and the covered space with a fire pit and heated ceiling extends the season.  Not pictured is the outdoor kitchen.

Cherry Hills Village Sitting Room

A Designer Show House Classic.  The eclectic mix of styles invites the visitor into the space to sit down, have a cup of coffee and enjoy a conversation.  The paintings are custom to the room and frame the contents.

Greenwood Village Home

Country Kitchen

We made the Living Room brighter: a place where guests wanted to sit and enjoy a conversation.  We updated the hall bath to make it feel larger and brighter.  The Bath and the Kitchen sold the house in a day.  From the "before" pics, you can see the changes we made to the existing kitchen.  We then moved on to a hall bath and living room, updating them and making them usable in the 21st Century.
